How do I reset my progress? Your progress is stored on your device. Clearing Kodi's app data or deleting and reinstalling the app will reset it. Need help? Email [email protected].
How do I manage or cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings under Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How is my data handled, and how do I delete it? Kodi is local-first — most of your information stays on your device, so uninstalling the app removes it. For details, see our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of any usage data held by our analytics providers, email [email protected].
