This policy explains what information the Quantified Happiness app (the “App”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The App is operated by Quantified Happiness LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

The short version

• What you write stays on your phone. Your activities, notes, check-ins and ratings are stored only on your device. We don't have a copy.
• We measure how the App is used so we can fix and improve it. That includes crash reports and recordings of taps and screens.
• If you add your email or order a Hard Copy planner, we receive your email, and for a Hard Copy your Core activities, so we can print it.
• We never sell your information, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

1. Information stored only on your device

Everything you enter into the App stays on your device and is never sent to us:

• activities, lists, categories, schedules and completions
• daily check-ins, weekly ratings and notes
• report cards, scores and your QH Formula
• your name and profile photo

With your permission, the App also reads and writes your device's Reminders and schedules local notifications. Both stay on your device, and you can turn them off in your device settings.

Because we don't have this information, we can't recover, export, or transfer it for you. Deleting the App or using Delete Account erases it permanently.

2. Information we collect

a. Usage analytics (Amplitude and Google Firebase). When you use the App, we collect:

• which screens you view and features you use
• device type, operating system, app version and approximate region
• a device identifier and session identifier
