This Privacy Policy explains how Blupalms LLC ("Blupalms," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with the Kodi mobile application (the "App"), a product designed to help people learn how to use artificial intelligence (AI).
Blupalms LLC is the entity responsible for the App and, where applicable law uses these terms, acts as the "data controller" or "business" with respect to the information described in this Policy.
By downloading, accessing, or using Kodi, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
1. Summary (Plain-Language Overview)
This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace the full Policy below.
- Kodi is local-first. The content you create in the App — your profile, learning progress, streaks, responses, and preferences — is stored on your device. Blupalms does not operate its own backend servers to store this content, and we do not keep centralized copies of it.
- We use two third-party tools to understand usage and keep the App reliable: Amplitude (product analytics) and Google Firebase (analytics and crash/stability diagnostics). These tools transmit certain usage and device data to their own cloud servers.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You are in control. Because most of your data lives on your device, deleting the App (or clearing its data) removes that information. You also have additional rights described in Sections 12–15.
- Kodi is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information processed through the Kodi mobile application across the platforms on which it is distributed (e.g., the Apple App Store and Google Play).
It does not apply to:
- Third-party services, websites, or apps that Kodi may link to or integrate with, which are governed by their own privacy policies; or
- Information you provide to Apple or Google in connection with downloading the App or making in-app purchases, which is governed by their respective privacy policies.
